The Company Auditors Disciplinary Board disciplined former registered auditor Reg Williams in 2018 because of issues the Australian Securities and Investments Commission found in Williams’ audit of LM Performance Managed Fund for the 2011-2012 financial year.
Williams sought to challenge the CADB termination decision in the Federal Court, but he failed to get the decision made by the CADB in 2018 overturned.
