Labour has surged to a four-point lead in a new opinion poll in another sign the party's 'bounce' under Andy Burnham is continuing.
The latest YouGov survey shows Labour are up three percentage points from last week and are now on 27 per cent.
This has increased their lead over the Tories, who are unchanged on 23 per cent. Meanwhile, Reform UK are one point further behind on 22 per cent.
Nigel Farage's party remain behind the Tories despite a one-point rise from the previous week.
Both the Liberal Democrats and the Greens are down one point to 11 per cent and 10 per cent, respectively.
The Greens' continuing slump in popularity from a peak earlier this year comes as Zack Polanski's party faces a furious row over its 'Zionism is racism' stance.
The reversal in Labour's fortunes since Mr Burnham ousted Keir Starmer as Prime Minister has sparked speculation he could go for a snap general election.
Many in Westminster are braced for the PM to call a national vote in May next year - or even as soon as this December - despite his insistence he will wait until 2029.
Tory leader Kemi Badenoch last month said Mr Burnham 'is a gambler' who 'might fancy his chances' at a general election before Christmas.
And Mr Farage has said there is 'every chance now of a general election happening in 2027' and warned his party they 'must be ready'.
The PM and Chancellor John Healey are facing a challenging Budget next week as they grapple with soaring Government borrowing costs amid the Middle East crisis.
Mr Healey has admitted that Britain finds itself in a “tough” position ahead of his first fiscal package.
The biggest revenue raising measure expected to be in the Budget is an increase in the rate banks pay on their profits.
That is expected to fund cost-of-living support for households and businesses.
YouGov polled 2,520 adults between October 18 and 19.
