Every day, we see the Today hosts cracking jokes on set and being supportive of each other when the cameras are rolling, but what are their bonds really like behind the scenes?
Carson Daly attended the Project Healthy Minds Gala on October 8 in New York City, and we inquired about the team's real chemistry, and what we don't see.
He exclusively revealed to HELLO!: "Everything you see – actually like you see 1% of it."

The TV star gushed: "It's a special time at that show. I've been lucky to watch it since I was a kid, but the group of people that we have there, both on camera and behind camera, I would put up with any, any family or organization or work environment in the world."
The host confirmed: "It's a special group. We care about each other and it all happens behind the scenes, you know, because it's real." Looks like the cheerful co-hosts are just as wholesome on and off camera.
Carson, who wakes up around 3:00 a.m. to shoot the hit show, also shared his non-negotiables when it comes to being camera-ready.

Carson Daly's wellness routine
HELLO! inquired about what routines he has that help him stay energized through his hectic schedule.
He shared: "I'm starting to figure that out. Working out is – it's such a cliche, and I certainly don't work out that much, but it really does help. I'm always so tired from getting up [for] the Today Show. It's the last thing I wanna do, but the days when I force myself, I'm always like, 'darn it, I feel better,' and I do do the cold plunge a little bit."
The TV star emphasized: "It's the basics, like sleep. Like if I can get a good night's sleep – I have sleep apnea and I've been off my CPAP, where you breathe the thing – my wife loves it. I was off it for a long time, but now I'm back on it because I realized my sleep's been [expletive] lately."

Carson added: "So you need sleep, you need to eat well, [and] you need to exercise. It's so dumb, but those are the things I think set people up to be healthy mentally."
