Product sales were the company’s sole source of operating revenue during the year. Its portfolio includes collagen supplements, oral strips, marine collagen, slow-release capsules and effervescent tablets.

As a result, Wellbeing Nutrition’s losses increased to Rs 92 crore in FY26 from Rs 38 crore in the previous fiscal year, despite the strong growth in revenue.
At the unit level, the company spent Rs 1.39 to earn every rupee of operating revenue in FY26. Its return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at -425%, while its EBITDA margin was -34.43%. The company’s current assets stood at Rs 91 crore at the end of FY26.

In February 2026, pharmaceutical major USV agreed to acquire a 79% stake in Wellbeing Nutrition at a valuation of Rs 1,583 crore. The transaction also provides an exit, either partially or fully, to existing investors.

The deal follows a broader consolidation trend in the consumer sector, with large FMCG companies acquiring digital-first brands to expand their portfolios. Last year, Hindustan Unilever acquired a 90.5% stake in skincare brandMinimalist at a pre-money valuation of Rs 2,955 crore.
