The Kansas City Chiefs may be without star wide receiver Rashee Rice in their Week 6 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers this weekend.
After sustaining a hamstring injury during Kansas City's win over the Las Vegas Raiders on October 4, Rice has now missed the Chiefs' first two practice sessions for Week 6 — which officially put the veteran pass-catcher's status in question.
NFL insider Adam Schefter revealed the latest injury update for Rice in a post to his official Twitter account on October 14, just days before Kansas City is set to face the Chargers in a rivalry matchup at Arrowhead Stadium:
Chiefs WR Rashee Rice did not practice again today due to his hamstring injury.

While Rice could hypothetically take the field to face the Chargers this weekend despite his injury, Kansas City's coaching staff is likely to be cautious with their injured wideout, especially after speedy receiver Tyquan Thornton suffered a serious lower-body injury in Week 4 that may prove to be a season-ender.
