DAEJEON — The Korea Forest Welfare Institute will offer discounts of up to 30% on lodging at 10 forest welfare facilities nationwide for students who sit the 2027 College Scholastic Ability Test, the state-run institute said. The discounts apply from Nov. 20 through Feb. 28 next year, at 30% on weekdays and 10% on weekends.
The 10 facilities with lodging include the National Forest Therapy Complex in Yeongju and Jinan Highland, as well as the National Forest Education Centers in Hoengseong, Chilgok, Jangseong, Cheongdo, Daejeon, Chuncheon, Naju and Gimhae.
Test-takers must book their preferred facility and dates in advance on the institute's integrated forest welfare platform, Sup e-rang, and present their exam admission ticket on site on the day of their stay to receive the discount.
The institute said it arranged the program so that students can rest and recharge in the forest after finishing the exam.
