Silver Shatagopam, gold Lakshmi Haram offered to Ahobilam Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple

Madhu Pandit from ISKCON, Bengaluru, offered a 550-gram silver ‘Shatagopam’ to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Ahobilam.

The temple management, in a release on Sunday, stated that the temple’s chief priest, Kidambi Venugopalacharyulu, has handed over the silver Shatagopam to the ‘Maniyar’ Sri Sowmya Narayanan Swamy.

Recently, as part of the ongoing Navaratri Utsavams at the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam in Ahobilam, a 78-gram gold ‘Lakshmi Haram’ was offered to Sri Prahladavarada Swamy on the auspicious occasion of the ‘Tirunakshatram’ of Sri Adi Van Satakopa Yatindra Mahadesika Swamy, the first Jeeyar and pontiff of Sri Ahobilam Math.

The gold Lakshmi Haram was offered by Kapoor Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy from Tiruvallur district in Tamil Nadu. The temple’s chief priest received the sacred ornament.
