The Hope College men's basketball team has released its 2026-27 roster.
The Flying Dutch will be without star forward Parker Hovey.
Hovey entered the transfer portal after last season and ended up joining Indiana Wesleyan. Star guard Marcus Wourman graduated as did Sam Carlson, Justice Mims and Deven Marathe.
In addition to Hovey, forward Simon Neuhaus, Neil Ihme and Brett Bultsma did not return.
Hope was 18-10 last year and reached the NCAA Division III Tournament by knocking off Calvin and Trine in the MIAA Tournament.

Hope's returning starters include sophomore guard Brendan Cargill and junior forward Orion Yant, of Zeeland.
The Flying Dutch will still have a lot of experience returning from reserves who saw significant playing time like guards Brady Miller, Carter Bishop, Jared Ryg and Avery Sanchez, forwards Charles Howell, Carter Goodyke and post players Sean Wesolek and Kyle Blauch.
Holland native Jacob Van Hekken made the varsity squad as a junior after spending time on the junior varsity. Tucker Walther and Drew Kozel and Justin Fisher are underclassmen.
Hope has three freshmen on its roster, including guard Kaden Grau (Middlebury, Ind.), forward Johnny Lake (Battle Creek Pennfield) and Ben Mehendale (Brecksville, Ohio).
Hope hosts Anderson (Ind.) University at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.
