In Amsterdam, Ice Agenzia is organizing the first edition of the Wine and Olive Oil Exchange

(ANSA) - ROMA, 12 OTT - ICE Agency organized the first edition of the 2026 Wine-Oil Exchange at Felix Meritis in Amsterdam, dedicated to promoting Italian products in the Netherlands. The initiative brought together producers and Dutch market operators to foster new business relationships and opportunities for import and distribution. In 2025, Italy ranked second among wine suppliers to the Netherlands, accounting for 17.5% of imports and a value exceeding 250 million euros. In the first five months of 2026, Italian wine exports to the Netherlands reached approximately 97.9 million euros. Italy was also the second-largest supplier of olive oil in 2025, accounting for 30% of imports. Through traveling tastings, industry professionals were able to sample wines and olive oils from various Italian regions and discuss characteristics, prices, available volumes, and distribution opportunities directly with producers.
