Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan told the Senate on Tuesday that all provinces, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, were represented in the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), adding that promotions had been made against available posts.
