JUSTEM (417840.KQ), a South Korean maker of humidity control systems for semiconductor production, set a goal of 300 billion won ($208 million) in sales and a corporate value of 2 trillion won ($1.4 billion) by 2030 as it marked its 10th anniversary.
The company held an anniversary workshop on the 23rd at Konjiam Resort in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, under the theme "Ten Years Built Together, a Hundred Years to Build Together." The event was arranged to review the past decade and to share a strategy for growing into a global semiconductor materials, parts and equipment company by 2030.
JUSTEM identified its core strategies as upgrading its flagship humidity control solutions, expanding into global markets, developing next-generation solutions and new products, and extending its business into advanced industries such as displays. The company also plans to pursue new businesses and business partnerships including mergers and acquisitions, expand production capacity by building a third plant, and establish an artificial intelligence-based smart operating system.
Since its founding in 2016, JUSTEM has expanded in the semiconductor humidity control market around N2 LPM, a nitrogen-based microenvironment control solution. It later developed humidity control and static electricity control solutions, broadening its presence in global markets. More recently, it has been moving ahead with construction of a third plant in the Yongin Second Techno Valley to accelerate the expansion of its production base.
"Over the past 10 years, we entered global markets, expanded our market share and produced solid results," said Lim Young-jin, chief executive of JUSTEM. "Going forward, we will secure new growth opportunities through next-generation technology and a strategic business portfolio, and all of our employees will work together to achieve the goal of 300 billion won in sales by 2030."
