Medline has launched an enhanced version of TrackPoint, its inventory management and patient item-usage platform for long-term care and inpatient hospice providers.
The platform integrates with PointClickCare for real-time patient data syncing, according to an Oct. 12 news release. It provides real-time visibility into Medline inventory across locations and tracks patient-level supply and service usage.
The platform uses digital processes and barcode scanning to reduce manual work and errors. It also standardizes workflows for receiving, dispensing and tracking supplies and services. Providers can use the platform to manage inventory across multiple facilities and identify what supplies are on hand, where products are located and when they need to be restocked.
