Evan Neal has a new home.
The former Giants bust was signed to the Eagles’ practice squad, the team announced Thursday.
The move comes just days after the offensive lineman was cut from the Raiders’ practice squad.
Neal, taken seventh overall out of Alabama by Big Blue in 2022, hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2024 season.

The 26-year-old appeared in just 29 games, making 27 starts, during his tenure with the Giants as injuries and inconsistent play derailed his career.
Neal struggled at right tackle during his first three seasons, prompting the Giants to move him to guard ahead of the 2025 campaign.
But the position change failed to revive his career, and he didn’t play a single regular-season snap last year before landing on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.
The Giants brought Neal back on a one-year deal in March, giving the former first-rounder another opportunity to prove himself under a new coaching staff, but he failed to make the team’s 53-man roster and was released in August.

He subsequently joined Las Vegas’ practice squad in September but never appeared in a game for the Raiders.
Neal joins a Philadelphia team in desperate need of help on their offensive line.
Earlier this month, star offensive lineman Lane Johnson suddenly retired, leaving a massive hole up front.
Days later, the Eagles traded Pro Bowl guard Cam Jurgens to the Ravens in exchange for a 2028 second-round pick and a 2027 fifth-rounder, further depleting a once-formidable unit.
