Warren appeared on the injury report on Friday with a groin injury. It was reported early on Sunday that he would be a game-time decision. However, he will be held out of Sunday's matchup.
Without Warren, the Colts will turn to Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree, Will Mallory, and Pharaoh Brown at the tight end position.
Linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ribs) and wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) were ruled out on Friday. Both players missed last week's game as well.
Without Carlies, Bryce Boettcher got the start against the Steelers, but Austin Ajiake was rotated in as well, while CJ Allen saw a career-high 24 defensive snaps.
At wide receiver, Laquon Treadwell filled in for Dulin. In the return game, Anthony Gould has provided depth there.
Tucker and Leonard have been inactive in each game this season.
