Distributable income also rose 16.7% to $228m.
Keppel DC REIT recorded a distribution per unit (DPU) of $0.08571 in the first nine months (9M) of 2026, 11.7% higher than $0.07670 a year earlier.
Distributable income rose 16.7% to $228m, from $195.3m in 9M 2025, driven by stronger operating performance, contributions from acquisitions, and increased effective interests in Keppel DC Singapore 3 and 4.
The REIT said the gains were partially offset by higher finance costs from acquisition loans drawn in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the lease extension consideration for Keppel DC Singapore 7 and 8.
Gross revenue also increased 13.3% to $365.3m from $322.4m, whilst net property income (NPI) grew 13.1% to $316.8m from $280.2m.
NPI growth reflected positive rental reversions and escalations and the acquisition of Tokyo Data Centre 3, but was partially offset by the divestment of Kelsterbach Data Centre and the absence of income from Cardiff Data Centre.
Contracted power capacity stood at about 96%, whilst portfolio occupancy edged up to 93%.
The REIT also recorded a portfolio rental reversion of about 14% and secured renewals and new contracts in Singapore and Australia.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
