The Capital Mass Transit Wing (CMTW) has announced changes to two feeder bus routes in Islamabad, effective October 20, 2026.
According to the notice, the FR-13 service connecting Golra Morr Metro Station to Fateh Jang will be discontinued from the effective date. The decision will end bus operations on this route.
Meanwhile, the FR-10 feeder bus route, which previously operated between Golra and Taxila, will now run between Golra and B-17. The revised route will change the service’s destination for passengers traveling from Golra.
The changes will affect commuters who regularly use these feeder services to travel between different areas of Islamabad and its surrounding localities. Passengers who rely on the FR-13 route to reach Fateh Jang will need to consider alternative travel arrangements following its discontinuation.
Similarly, commuters who use the FR-10 service to travel to Taxila will need to account for its new endpoint at B-17. Both changes will take effect on October 20, 2026, and passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
