Dallas Brodie, interim leader of the OneBC party, has suffered a landslide defeat in the Vancouver-Quilchena riding.
According to preliminary results from Elections BC, Brodie — who has been the centre of several controversies during her political career– received 500 votes, trailing behind Carson Binda of the Conservatives, who has 6,612 votes as of 9:31 p.m.
Brodie was first elected to the riding in 2024 when she ran with the Conservatives.
She was ousted from the party in 2025 by former Conservative leader John Rustad for mocking former residential students giving testimony about the abuse they experienced at residential schools.

“The privilege, and platform, of being a Conservative MLA comes with an expectation and responsibility to do the right thing — mocking former residential school students giving testimony, including testimony about child sex abuse by pedophiles, is beyond the pale,” Rustad said in a previous statement.
Rustad added that Brodie publicly mocked and belittled testimony from former residential school students.
In June 2025, Brodie formed OneBC with fellow MLA Tara Armstrong.
Brodie also faced a recall petition in May 2026, which was later determined unsuccessful.
