PETALING JAYA: Rapid KL will deploy 85 buses for a special shuttle service to Sepang International Circuit (SIC) from Oct 30 to Nov 1, in conjunction with the 2026 Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd CEO Syahrul Azmir Ahmad Zaki said tickets would go on sale from Oct 22 at selected customer service counters and the Pasar Seni bus hub.
“Every year, motorsports fans from various locations gather in Sepang to experience the excitement of this world-class race firsthand.
“Rapid KL hopes this service will make their journeys to the circuit easier and more comfortable,” he was quoted as saying by Bernama today.
Syahrul said the shuttle service would operate from the Pasar Seni bus hub, the KLCC bus stop and the KLIA Terminal 2 bus hub.
A one-way ticket from Pasar Seni or the KLCC bus stop will cost RM20, while a return ticket will be priced at RM35. The one-way fare from KLIA Terminal 2 is RM12.
Buses travelling to SIC from all three locations will operate from 7am to 1pm at 30-minute intervals, while return services from the circuit will run from 4pm to 7pm.
In collaboration with SIC, Rapid KL will also provide a free shuttle service around the circuit throughout the event to facilitate visitor movement.
The public is advised to purchase tickets in advance to avoid long queues and waiting times. Further information is available on the official MyRapid website and through the MyRapid PULSE app.
