I have been having this severe stomach ache in the middle of my abdomen for the past two weeks. It has not resolved despite many medications. I will appreciate your kind opinion on the way forward.

Pains in the stomach can be due to many factors. A common one is indigestion or if, as in your case, it has been going on for a long time, it could be due to a stomach ulcer. However, since you have taken some medications without any improvement, I will strongly suggest that you see a medical doctor who, after examining you, would recommend some examinations such as ultrasound, Xrays and some blood tests for proper diagnosis and treatment.
