Rumour has it (and this is a Deadline rumour, not Deux Moi) that we are moments away from meeting the next James Bond. According to an industry insider, Amazon MGM, the studio that now has 'creative control' of the James Bond franchise, has whittled its search down to four actors.
In the rumoured shortlist is Callum Turner, the One Night Only and Masters of the Air star who is married to Dua Lipa, Josh O'Connor, the Challengers and The History of Sound actor dating Alison Oliver, and Jack Lowden, the Slow Horses and Dunkirk star married to Saoirse Ronan.
The fourth actor rumoured to be doing his final screen test next week has been kept a mystery – for whatever reason. However, some hopeful fans are convinced it's Skins and Sinners actor Jack O'Connell.
