Following 100 new US jobs announced in March, Tines is now doubling down on Dublin with a hiring drive across all company teams.
Irish AI unicorn Tines is to create 100 new Dublin jobs over the next two years, over half of which will be entry-level, targeting those just entering the jobs market. Tines will open a new Dublin headquarters later this year, to facilitate its ongoing growth.
Co-headquartered in Dublin and Boston, Tines says the new roles will be in all teams across the organisation, from product and engineering to sales, marketing and customer success, offering graduates and early-career professionals a ‘direct route into the fast-growing AI sector’.
“It’s an exciting time for Tines as we build and grow an AI company from Dublin,” said co-founder and CEO Eoin Hinchy. “We believe every employee and every team should be able to use AI to build the software they need, and that’s the opportunity we’re going after with Tines.
“These 100 new roles are an important part of scaling our business and supporting customers as they put AI to work across their organisations,” he continued. “As we grow, it’s important that we open the door to talented graduates and early-career professionals to build career pathways in this new space. AI is changing the world of work, but we believe that it will create new and interesting careers, including in companies like ours.”
The latest news from Tines comes as leaders gather for the International AI Summit this week in Dublin, and certainly bolsters the messaging this week of Ireland’s growing role as a hub for AI innovation and talent.
Tines helps employees build software with AI and automate their workflows and boasts some big name customers such as SAP, Mars, Reddit, and Canva. In recent months, the company launched Tines 3B, enabling employees to build and run software with AI in a secure enterprise environment. Tines says clients like Fin (formerly Intercom) and Headspace are using it to allow teams build the applications, agents and workflows they need, with IT and security overseeing how they are used. The new hires will support the next phase of growth of Tines 3B.
The jobs news was welcomed by Peter Burke TD, Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment: “Tines is one of a new generation of rapidly scaling Irish technology companies competing successfully on the global stage,” he said.
“These 100 new jobs demonstrate the strength of opportunity from Ireland’s AI talent and innovation base, while the strong focus on graduates and early-career professionals will create new pathways into a sector that will be increasingly important to our economy.”
“Tines is a standout example of an Irish company building and scaling a global AI company from Ireland,” said Jenny Melia, CEO, Enterprise Ireland. “Success in AI is as much about leadership, talent, skills and organisational capability as technology, and Tines has demonstrated all of these as it has grown in Ireland and internationally.”
In March of this year Tines announced 100 new jobs in the US, where it has opened a new Boston hub, given strong demand for its platform in its largest market. The new headcount represented a 42pc increase on the 237 employees the company already had in the US.
Founded in 2018, Tines reached unicorn status in February 2025 after a $125m Series C round. The company has raised $272m to date from investors including Goldman Sachs, SoftBank, Felicis, Addition, Accel, Blossom Capital and Lux Capital.
