KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Group is targeting RM1.34 billion in property launches in 2027 as it strengthens its focus on higher-end residential projects, recurring property income and a more active construction tender strategy under a refreshed brand direction.
The group unveiled a refreshed identity for its three key business divisions - OSK Construction, OSK Property Investment and OSK Property Development - collectively represented as CID.
OSK deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing said the refresh was more than a visual change, reflecting the group's ambitions for its next phase of growth.
"'Making Ordinary Extraordinary' gives us a common purpose and reminds us that ordinary people like us can create extraordinary outcomes when we have a shared purpose to improve the everyday experiences that matter to the lives we touch," he said.
Ong said the group is entering the next chapter with optimism by bringing together the strengths of CID, combined with its cables manufacturing, industrialised building system (IBS) wall panel manufacturing, and hospitality businesses.
"We believe we can create even greater value for our customers, business partners and the communities we serve," he said in a statement.
OSK Property development plans to launch projects with a combined gross development value of RM1.34 billion in 2027, expanding its residential portfolio across market segments and locations, including an entry into the high-end residential segment in Subang under its Signature series.
The planned Subang development is expected to complement OSK Property's existing residential offerings as it seeks to cater to changing homebuyer preferences and a broader range of customers.
New launches will include OSK Ombak in Kuantan, the first project under the Signature series, whose first phase was fully booked within three months, according to the group.
Meanwhile, OSK Property Investment will focus on strengthening the lifestyle and community appeal of its existing assets, including Atria Shopping Gallery, Faber Towers and YOUCity Retail.
The strategy involves developing a broader mix of retail, dining, wellness, leisure and community experiences.
OSK Construction, in turn, will embark on a more active growth strategy by increasing its participation in tenders for external construction projects.
