KUALA LUMPUR: Amanah has postponed its annual national convention to Nov 21 and 22 to make way for the Melaka election.
The convention was originally scheduled for Nov 14 and 15 in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Amanah secretary-general Muhammad Faiz Fadzil said the party had directed its machinery to focus on the Melaka polls and assist Pakatan Harapan's campaign.
He added that the election was an opportunity for voters to reject corrupt politics and uphold justice.
The Melaka election has been fixed for Nov 14, with nominations on Oct 31 and early voting on Nov 10.
