Parallel Loop raises $6.6 Mn seed round led by 3one4 Capital

Parallel Loop, an AI operating partner for mid-market and large enterprises, has raised $6.6 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.

Co-founded by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean in June this year, Parallel Loop works with enterprises to integrate AI into their existing technology, organisational context and workflows.

The company combines its AI stack with forward-deployed engineers who work alongside client teams to connect existing systems, processes and organisational knowledge, and build AI workflows and applications. Its offerings span three areas.

Its AI Enablement service helps leadership teams identify AI opportunities, define roadmaps and build internal capabilities. The AI Stack provides a secure, governed and modular platform that connects existing systems with organisational context. It supports applications ranging from live dashboards to end-to-end workflows.

The Software Factory brings together forward-deployed engineers and AI agents to work with client teams on modernising legacy systems and building new applications.

Parallel Loop said its AI stack can run in a client’s own cloud environment or on-premises, with data residency configured to meet the client’s requirements. This allows enterprises to retain control over where their data and AI workloads are hosted and who can access them.

The platform supports multiple model providers, including open-weight models, and maintains an audit trail of prompts, responses, context changes and actions. Clients retain ownership of their data, organisational context and client-specific work built for them.

Parallel Loop said it has a team of 30 and serves more than 10 clients across industries and geographies. Its clients include Licious and Havells in India, as well as Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.
