A BRITISH tourist has dodged jail after admitting to raping an unconscious UK woman twice at a Magaluf hotel.
Billy John Chard, who was just 19 at the time of the attack, was facing seven years behind bars but walked away with a two-year suspended sentence after striking a plea deal with prosecutors.
The Brit admitted raping the holidaymaker, who was 22 at the time, while she was unconscious and unable to consent at the BH Mallorca Resort in July 2022.

He will avoid prison provided he does not reoffend over the next two years and pays his victim €6,000 in compensation.
The court in Palma de Mallorca took into account his intoxication at the time of the attack, as well as delays in bringing the case to trial.
The horrifying incident unfolded on July 15, 2022, after Chard met the woman at a pool party and invited her up to his hotel room.
She had consumed a large quantity of cocaine and vodka before suddenly collapsing and losing consciousness, according to reports.
Chard then took advantage of her helpless state to rape her in the shower before moving her to the bed and raping her a second time.

He was arrested by Guardia Civil officers three days later.
The Brit appeared before the Provincial Court in Palma on Thursday, where he admitted the offences as part of an agreement with prosecutors and the victim’s lawyers.
Under the deal, he must pay the €6,000 compensation within six months, in monthly instalments of €1,000.
