Erfan Group's rice unit recognised 145 distributors for their sales performance at its Annual Distributor Conference 2026, held at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka on 24 October.
Around 700 distributors from the company's wholesale and retail divisions attended from across Bangladesh, alongside other guests, according to the press release.
Erfan Group, a producer, marketer and exporter of rice and food products, organised the conference under the slogan "United by Trust, Rising to the Peak of Success".
The event was attended by Md Mahbub Alam, managing director and CEO of Erfan Group; Md Monir Uddin, finance adviser; Md Saiful Islam, general manager; Md Ziaur Rahman, assistant general manager (wholesale); and Md Mahmudur Rahman Bulbul, deputy general manager (retail). Officials from different levels of the organisation also attended.
Bangladeshi actress Tasnia Farin, brand ambassador for Erfan Chinigura Rice, was also present.
Selected from around 700 distributors nationwide, the 145 award recipients were recognised across the Star of the Year, Titanium, Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver categories.
Prizes included gold necklaces, motorcycles, trips to destinations in Bangladesh and abroad, and other awards.
Singer Dilshad Nahar Kona performed at the event, while a group of young dancers added to the celebrations with dance performances.
The conference concluded with a photo session featuring Managing Director and CEO Md Mahbub Alam, senior company officials and the award-winning distributors.
