In GM James Gladstone's tenure with the Jaguars, we've seen two different approaches. In Year 1, he quickly reshaped the roster and was quite active in free agency. This offseason, however, not so much.
As of now -- and there's plenty of time to go -- the Jaguars have some salary cap work to do, according to Over the Cap, if they are going to retain some of their key players and explore outside additions.
Here is an early look at the Jaguars' 2027 free agent class.
DT Arik Armstead
Armstead has nine QB pressures this season, which ranks tied for 43rd among all defensive tackles. He will be 33 years old at the start of the 2027 season.
WR Parker Washington
Washington's free-agent price tag is only on the rise. He's the No. 1 wide receiver on this team, continuing to be a go-to target for Trevor Lawrence, who is generating explosive plays regularly.
DT DaVon Hamilton
As a run-stuffing presence, Hamilton's full impact won't always show up on the stat sheet. But his ability to generate push, eat up space, and take on blocks helps stifle the opposing run game while creating opportunities for others.
OL Ezra Cleveland
Cleveland had provided a steady presence at left guard for the Jaguars, but with some shuffling up front needed, he has filled the right guard role this year. Will Wyatt Milum be ready for a starting role by next year?
S Antonio Johnson
Beyond his production, Johnson is a key member of Anthony Campanile's defense with the versatility that he brings.
LB Ventrell Miller
Miller is one of PFF's highest-graded linebackers in all of football. He's gotten after the quarterback, been a sound tackler, and limited pass-catchers in coverage.
