Moots has entered the all-road game with its County Line frame, a bike built to offer more traction, stability, and control than a conventional road bike. The brand that specializes in titanium frames launched its new bike as a true all-round option, optimized around 38mm tires with clearance up to 42mm.
Like all Moots frames, the County Line is manufactured in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and is built to reflect certain aspects of riding in the brand’s home in Routt County. The all-road bike is built around riding the paved roads and smooth “champagne gravel” that make up so much of the Steamboat Springs area.3
The Moots County Line will slot in between the Vamoots, the brand’s out-and-out road bike, and the Routt, the brand’s dedicated gravel bike that Moots updated earlier this year. Here are the details:
Modern all-road demands in a sleek titanium build

The County Line is Moot’s first true all-road bike, with the frame replacing the Vamoots 33 and clarifying the brand’s product line with three distinct drop bar bikes.
With 42mm of tire clearance, the County Line is similar to other endurance and all-road bikes that have been unveiled over the last year. The bike will sit between the clearance of the Trek Domane, with its 40mm of clearance, and the Allied Echo, which can run up to 45 mm tires.
Even though the bike fits up to 42mm, Moots has designed the bike around more moderate 38mm tires. To support 38mm tires, the bike is built with 425mm chainstays, a stable 70-73 degree head tube angle, and a 75mm bottom bracket drop. That low and long road geometry is built to support both road and light gravel riding, as the County Line walks the fine line between both ends of the drop bar spectrum.
Beyond the frame’s dimensions, the County Line brings a complete set of modern flourishes to the titanium frame. The County Line has an integrated front end with a custom titanium stem, a King i7 headset, and a D-shaped steerer tube. While the frame is titanium, like most high-end metal bikes, the County Line relies on the new carbon all-road fork to boost ride quality.
Speaking of ride quality, the frame is built with straight-gauge 3/2.5 titanium tubes, 1x and 2x compatibility, mounts for extra fenders and bottle cages, and a 45mm road chainline.

Moots County Line build specs and pricing

Moots has complete builds for the County Line with both 1x and 2x builds, although the frame is only compatible with fully wireless groupsets. Currently, the County Line is available in just the frameset spec. However, Moots has announced a lighter and stiffer RSL version of the frameset will be available in early 2027.
Consequently, complete bikes are built with both SRAM Force and Red XPLR and road groupset options. To finish the build, Moots uses a set of HED Vanquish 45 wheels and Vittoria Corsa Pro Control 38mm tires to offer a full slate of high-end all-road builds. Standalone framesets will start at $5,499 USD.
