The first Miller Lite to celebrate the Milwaukee Brewers return to the World Series is on Molson Coors.
For Game 1 of the series between the Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays the company is providing one free beer to Wisconsin residents purchased on Oct. 23.
The company announced that anyone 21 years or older can receive a rebate for one 16-ounce or larger beer purchased on Oct. 23. Customers have until Nov. 4 to claim the rebate.
Those who are interested in the rebate can go to the company's website and provide the store name, date of purchase, and items purchased for rebate are showing clearly on the receipt in a photo. If you are unable to get the whole receipt in one image, you can provide a second picture.
Game 1 of the World Series is scheduled for Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.
Molson Coors is also marking Brewers’ playoff run, with free brewery tours of the historic Miller Brewery on Oct. 23. A total of 120 visitors will have the opportunity to experience one of two complimentary 75-minute tours scheduled for 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.
The first 120 people in line at the Miller Brewery Visitor’s Center at 4251 W. State St., will receive free admission and a commemorative Miller Lite Brewers hat. The tour takes 60 people maximum, so the first two hours are free.
Tours, which typically cost $20, include three beer samples for guests 21 and older with valid identification. The first 30 fans in line who don't secure a tour spot will still receive a commemorative hat, while supplies last.
“As a longtime neighbor, supporter and proud beer sponsor of the Milwaukee Brewers, Miller Lite is raising a glass to this historic moment alongside Brewers fans across Wisconsin,” Alison Hanrahan, community affairs manager for the Miller Brewery, said in a statement.
“We can’t think of a better way to toast the Brewers’ incredible run than with beer and tours of the brewery we proudly call home.”
