Overview:
NVIDIA RTX Spark laptops launched globally on October 16, 2026, across six major brands.

NVIDIA’s RTX Spark laptops went on sale globally on October 16, 2026. Six manufacturers (ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and MSI) offer models in the lineup, each pairing Blackwell RTX graphics with a Grace CPU.
The target buyer is someone who runs AI models, edits video, or does heavy graphics work on a laptop. Prices start at USD 2,599, which puts the whole range firmly in the premium tier. Launch reports don’t mention India pricing, configurations, or availability.
What the Platform Offers
According to NVIDIA, the laptops have an AI capability of up to one petaflop of FP4 and up to 128GB of unified memory. Simply put, users can run demanding AI models locally without using cloud services, as long as the software is supported. If users run heavy AI workloads, things can change.
The laptops support CUDA, ray tracing, and DLSS technologies. Developers use CUDA for accelerated computing, while creators and gamers rely on ray tracing and DLSS for performance and quality. AI models and agents can also be run on the laptop.
This way, if users handle confidential information or often work in places with poor internet connections, data stays local. Additionally, NVIDIA mentions support for Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, but results may vary depending on the actual configuration.

Who’s Making Them
Each brand targets a slightly different buyer.
ASUS: ProArt P14 and ProArt P16, built for creators who work on graphics, video editing, and AI-assisted tools.
Dell: XPS 16 Creator Edition, a high-end laptop for people who want strong performance for creative work.
HP: OmniBook Ultra 16 and OmniBook X 14, pitched at productivity, creative work, and on-device AI.
Lenovo: Yoga Pro 9n and Yoga 9n 2-in-1. The 2-in-1 can double as a tablet.
Microsoft: Surface Laptop Ultra, which pairs the platform with Microsoft’s own Windows software.
MSI: Prestige N16 Flip AI+, a convertible aimed at productivity and AI workflows.
Configurations and availability vary by market, so check each manufacturer’s listing before you buy.
Gaming and Creative Work
AI gets most of the attention, but gaming is part of the package too. NVIDIA lists Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite, Gears of War: E-Day and NBA 2K27 as supported titles, with ray tracing and DLSS meant to improve visuals and frame rates.
What you actually see on screen depends on the GPU configuration, power limits, cooling, display resolution, and game settings. Two laptops built on the same platform can behave quite differently once you push them.
Creative work follows the same logic. RTX graphics plus a large pool of unified memory should help with demanding editing and graphics jobs. But headline specs only go so far. Test any laptop you’re considering with the apps you use every day, and pay attention to how it performs over a long session, not just in a short burst.

Price and Availability
The laptops have been on sale worldwide since October 16, 2026, starting at USD 2,599. NVIDIA hasn’t announced India-specific pricing or dates. Indian buyers should check with each brand and major retailers for local launch dates, prices, and specs, and shouldn’t assume the US starting price will carry over.
Should You Buy One?
These machines are for professionals who need strong graphics and local AI power in a portable system. At this price, they sit well above the mainstream laptop category.
Independent testing has flagged some downsides: the high price, CPU performance that trails some Apple processors, and battery life that can fall short under heavy workloads. Those are real trade-offs for anyone who travels or works away from a power outlet.
Your decision should come down to four things: Software compatibility, sustained performance, battery life, and what you actually plan to run. If your work depends on local AI or heavy graphics, the lineup gives you more premium Windows options than before.
If it doesn’t, you can likely save money with a cheaper machine. And if you’re in India, wait for confirmed local pricing and availability before you decide.
