APR said Wednesday that its beauty brand Medicube posted record daily sales across participating markets during Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days, with US sales up about 85 percent from the previous year.
The Oct. 6-7 shopping event marked Medicube's debut in five European markets — the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and France — alongside its established US presence.
Medicube topped Amazon's overall search rankings in several markets, including the US, UK, Italy and Spain. The brand had previously claimed the top spot in US searches during Prime Day in June.
In the US, 13 Medicube products entered Amazon's top 100 beauty bestsellers. European markets averaged at least 16 products each, up from seven listed during the previous promotion.
Bestselling products included the Zero Pore Pad, PDRN Pink Peptide Ampoule, PDRN Pink Collagen Gel Mask and Collagen Jelly Cream. Newer products, such as the PDRN Pink Collagen Volume Multi Balm and EGF NAD Firming Gel Mask, also made the rankings.
APR has stepped up its US and European expansion this year through localized product launches, pop-up stores and broader offline distribution. The company plans additional promotions and product releases ahead of Black Friday and Christmas.
"We will continue to meet global consumer demand through differentiated products and promotions," an APR official said.
