Arsenal return to action on the banks of the River Trent this afternoon. The Gunners travel to the East Midlands hoping to avoid successive defeats away from home in the Premier League, with the 3-0 defeat to Brighton a month ago still very much fresh in the memory.
Mikel Arteta’s side, though, should be in good spirits at the City Ground after beating Lille in midweek to continue their 100 percent winning start to the league phase of this season's Champions League. However, preparations have been disrupted by a fresh injury blow to Piero Hincapie following last weekend's win over Leeds. That said, Martin Zubimendi could return, while Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard are expected to start.
Forest, meanwhile, began the day a point clear of the relegation zone after suffering back-to-back defeats either side of the international break. Oliver Glasner will hope to have influential midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White available for selection as he aims to get the season up and running. Arsenal will have Bukayo Saka back in their starting lineup today, after he was initially named on the bench for the midweek victory over Lille in the Champions League.
Martin Zubimendi could return to the squad, but Piero Hincapie remains unavailable after also suffering an ankle injury during a disastrous post-match training session that followed last weekend’s 2-1 win over Leeds at the Emirates Stadium.
Long-term absentee William Saliba is now back in individual training following a serious back injury suffered at the World Cup amid hopes that a return could await at some point in November, but he is still some way off being in contention as things stand.

For the hosts, talisman Morgan Gibbs-White faces a late fitness test over a minor knock that has forced him out of training this week.
The same can be said for centre-back Nikola Milenkovic, who is coming back from a knee injury, while Nicolo Savona and Igor Jesus are both sidelined.
