As a responsible bettor, I have deployed a strategy to follow to stray away from chasing bets. The structure follows the same principles as our favorite variety of sausage that can be defined in 3 different parts – Meat, Rice, and Casing. Please bet responsibly and eat boudin liberally. All lines were provided by the FanDuel Sportsbook.
Season Results: 24-28 (+0.2 Units)
Week 7 Boudin was 3-7; Thank you to Jackson Harris for saving me.

The Meat – 1 Unit Picks
The meat represents the main plays I feel more confident in, they are the meaty picks of the weekend.
- West Virginia vs TCU Under 57.5
- TCU is only alive because of their defense, I will not pick this team to score 30 points until they prove they can vs someone not named Arkansas St or Grambling.
- South Carolina -2.5
- South Carolina has proven they can stop the run and Tennessee is coming off there biggest win since 2024, give me the Gamecocks in Columbia.
- Texas -3.5
- Either Texas wins this game or Arch and (possibly) Sark are done in Austin, I just can’t envision them dropping three in a row.

The Rice – .5 Unit Picks
Just like Boudin, the rice is the filling that keeps the weekend slate interesting. These are picks I want to love, but have slightly less confidence in.
- Michigan +7.5
- Michigan should be able to keep this game close enough with their rush defense.
- UNT -2.5
- I’m undefeated picking UNT this year and I think they will be able to handle Navy’s front on Saturday.
- Iowa -7.5
- Iowa will be able to limit Minnesota’s rushing attack and force turnovers to down the Gophers.
- Houston vs Utah Under 56.5
- I can easily see this being a slug fest as both teams have stout defenses.
- Oklahoma -3.5
- Wait to see if Kamario Taylor is playing before placing this, but I don’t think he will given Turf Toe is no laughing matter.
The Casing – .5 Unit Same Game Parlay
The snap of the casing is the cherry on top to a good boudin, similar to how a nice parlay is the cherry on top to a beautiful fall Saturday.
- Bama Defense TD & Bama -13.5 +488
- Bama played their worst game of the year last week thanks to Tennessee’s defense. I like them to bounce back at home and we all should know Marcel Reed WILL turn the ball over.

The Mustard – 1 Unit LSU Game Pick
A bright and tangy LSU Gold colored mustard is the perfect condiment for any boudin link.
- Byrum Brown Under 61.5 Rushing Yards
- The only way Auburn has a chance is if LSU can’t stop Brown’s legs. I have faith Blake Baker knows this is the key to their offense and will be able to limit his effectiveness on the ground.
