Hilary Swank has revealed she is expecting her third child at the age of 52.
The Oscar-winning actress took to social media to share the news, captioning the post: "A lot of people have been asking what project I’m doing next, this one releases in December."
The accompanying animated video featured four dancing stick figures with one figure having a smaller figure in the abdomen region.
"Hilary congratulations!!! What a warrior you are!" commented one fan, as another congratulated Hilary and her family. "Congratulations @hilaryswank! So excited for you and your family!" wrote one follower.
Hilary welcomed her three-year-old twins, Aya and Ohm, in April 2023, five years after she tied the knot with husband Philip Schneider.

The Freedom Writers actress has shared rare glimpses of her private life on social media over the last three years, from baking in the kitchen with her twins to celebrating Christmas as a family.
"Hope you all had the opportunity to slow down and embrace the big and little magical moments of the Holidays," Hilary captioned the adorable post on Instagram; the picture showed Aya and Ohm in matching red and green tartan outfits in front of the Christmas tree.
"Wishing you a joyful, healthy and abundant 2026 from my family to yours."

Hilary and Philip got married at the Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel, California in August 2018 after a two-year engagement.
"Both Philip and I are nature lovers and whenever we get the opportunity to be outdoors, that's where we like to spend it. So we knew we wanted to get married outside, that it had to be close to home in Los Angeles and private," the actress told HELLO! in an exclusive interview after the ceremony.
"The second we saw this magical redwood grove in the middle of a 20,000-acre preserve, we knew it had the exact feeling we were trying to evoke."

The actress wore a stunning Elie Saab Couture wedding gown, which comprised 82ft of chantilly lace, 26ft of silk chiffon, and 19ft of silk organza, and took 150 hours to craft.
"I had kept the dress secret so he didn't know what to expect but his reaction was beautiful – he gasped," she said of her husband's reaction to her dress on the day.

In 2024, Hilary called her twins a "blessing," acknowledging how it can be difficult to conceive in your 40s and 50s.
“I think for me, I feel blessed to be able to have babies, you know, this late in life, but it’s also a blessing because I had so much time to focus on my career, which was another baby of mine,” she told Parade. “And now I can really give focus to them, in a way, and I am in the blessed position of being able to work when I want to work.”
