For the first time, mutual clients will benefit from straight-through processing using Versana’s golden-source agent loan data fed directly into Allvue’s investment accounting system. This unique integrated solution will result in more accurate reporting, streamlined workflows and reduced costs, enabling market-wide scalability.
Through the partnership, Allvue’s Trade Order Management system will also deliver real-time executed trade data directly to Versana upon client direction, enhancing Versana’s existing and future digital loan data offerings. This API connectivity will give mutual clients the most up-to-date visibility into their net positions and risk on both trade execution and settlement dates.
“We’re excited to partner with Allvue to realize critical loan market interoperability for our mutual buy-side clients,” said Paul Gallant, Chief Product Officer at Versana. “By combining our real-time, golden-source loan transaction data with Allvue’s executed trade data, we’re giving asset managers better visibility into their net portfolio positions, resulting in superior portfolio management and trading decisions.”
The collaboration brings together real-time automation of position-impacting events across critical stages in the post-close loan transaction lifecycle, from primary allocations and secondary trades to borrowers’ scheduled and unscheduled repayments of principal. By making trusted, dynamic data more readily available, Versana and Allvue will reduce the loan market’s reliance on fragmented processes and provide a streamlined and scalable approach to managing the asset class.
“Versana’s real-time, golden-source loan data complements the credit platform technology our clients already rely on to manage their broadly syndicated loans,” said Ivan Latanision, Chief Product Officer at Allvue Systems. “By making Versana’s data directly available within our investment accounting workflows, we’re providing clients with a more seamless way to access trusted loan data while reducing the operational complexity of managing loan portfolios.”
The partnership builds on Versana’s continued 2026 growth, including the launch of Versana Loan Voting, the integration of Barclays’ agented BSL deals, the close of a $43 million capital raise and the introduction of a first-of-its-kind cashless roll solution linking amended facilities to their original issuance. With coverage of over 11,000 facilities and $4.8 trillion in active commitments, Versana continues to enhance existing products and launch new offerings, driving greater connectivity, transparency and automation across the BSL and private credit markets.
For Allvue, this partnership extends a year of platform expansion for its credit business. Earlier this month, the firm introduced agentic and MCP capabilities that allow investment and operations teams to bring their own AI agents and tools into their Allvue AI-powered workflows. Additionally, Portfolio Intelligence and Deal Analytics now provide private credit managers with AI-assisted portfolio monitoring and private credit loan and performance benchmarks. With more than $8.5 trillion in assets, 21,000 funds and 500 clients on its platform, Allvue continues to advance transparency, efficiency and connectivity across the private investment lifecycle.
