Colombo, Oct. 21 (Daliy Mirror) - A significant number of petitions have been filed challenging the proposed Protection of the State from Terrorism Bill and the Sri Lanka Cricket Bill.
Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne announced today that 36 petitions had been filed against the Protection of the State from Terrorism Bill, while 33 petitions had been filed against the Sri Lanka Cricket Bill.
