The Lenovo Legion 27Q-20 has been launched in China, and at its core, it's an affordable 27-inch gaming monitor with a 320Hz refresh rate. There's support for Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium, and the launch price is around $172.
Lenovo has launched a new affordable gaming monitor in China, the Legion 27Q-20. It features a 27-inch IPS panel with a native resolution of 2560x1440 pixels and a 320Hz refresh rate.
Unlike the recently launched 27U-20 4K monitor, the 27Q-20 lacks dual-mode support, but it retains AMD FreeSync Premium, Nvidia G-Sync, and AdaptiveSync, which should enhance the gaming experience on this monitor.
Another notable highlight is the sleek stand that lets competitive gamers place the mouse and keyboard close to the monitor. It has multiple adjustable mechanisms as well, including vertical and horizontal rotation, and vertical lift by up to 135mm. There's VESA mount support as well (ErGear VESA stand curr. $26.99 on Amazon).
The port configuration of this Legion gaming monitor isn't anything fancy, but there are two HDMI 2.1 FRL ports and one DisplayPort 1.4. Lenovo also highlights that the panel has 99% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 color coverage, meaning that it should be decent for content and moderate creative workloads.
Other highlights include a 400 nits brightness rating, DisplayHDR 400, and a 1ms GtG response rate. In China, this Legion 27Q-20 gaming monitor has a launch price of CNY 1,149, about $172. The company hasn't yet shared global availability plans, but the last-gen 27Q-10 did see a proper international launch.
