SAINT OF ATHENS TRANSLATES BRAND DUALITY INTO flagship BOUTIQUE
Designed by Saint of Athens, the Peace + Chaos flagship boutique in Thessaloniki, Greece, serves as a physical manifestation of the fashion brand’s dual identity. The interior scheme builds on a spatial dialogue between monochromatic minimalism and high-energy visual elements, reflecting the ongoing tension between discipline and creative disruption inherent to fashion design.

CONTRASTING EXPERIENTIAL ZONES PAIR neutrality WITH VISUAL CHAOS
The retail interior by creative agency Saint of Athens and designer Manos Kypritidis is structured into two contrasting experiential environments. The ‘peace’ zones employ soft neutral palettes, natural materials, clean linear geometry, negative space, and diffused lighting to establish an atmosphere of clarity representing the origins of creation. In contrast, the ‘chaos’ zones draw inspiration from backstage environments and the intensity of the fashion cycle, utilizing high-contrast color palettes, layered textures, unexpected material juxtapositions, fragmented geometries, and dynamic lighting design.

SPATIAL METAPHORS BRIDGING MINIMALISM AND EXPRESSIVE DESIGN
Rather than offering a purely complementary backdrop, the interior design acts as a spatial metaphor for the brand’s creative process. By positioning quiet, minimalist areas alongside expressive, high-contrast settings, the layout brings both sides of the brand’s identity together within a unified retail environment.
