Three Betr Picks for Monday
Player | Projection | Our pick |
Jayden Daniels, WAS | 205.5 passing yards | Lower |
Jayden Daniels, WAS | 38.5 rushing yards | Higher |
Brock Purdy, SF | 247.5 passing yards | Higher |
Daniels has had a rocky start to the season between the elbow injury he's playing through and his performance on the field. He has yet to throw for 200 yards in a game, peaking at 199 last week in the team's baffling 27-27 tie against the Giants.
On the ground, Daniels has still been dynamic – he combined for 172 yards and two touchdowns in his last two games, against the Cowboys and Giants. He might need to carry the load again as Jacory Croskey-Merritt works through a groin injury.
Purdy leads the NFL with 13 passing touchdowns heading into Week 6, and he's among the league's best passers in both completion percentage (69.0) and yards per attempt (8.4). After a tough battle against the Seahawks, he'll be facing a Commanders defense that's allowed 350.4 passing yards per game.
