A brand new preview for Avengers: Doomsday will debut during the MLB World Series.
The news was confirmed by the MLB itself, which noted that the exclusive sneak peek will drop during game one of the World Series. The game, which will be played by the Tampa Bay Rays and the Milwaukee Brewers, will begin tomorrow, Friday, October 23 at 8PM eastern time. They didn't give an exact time for when this preview will happen, but it wouldn't be surprising if it takes place later in the game to keep viewers watching.

Tune in to World Series Game 1 for an exclusive preview of Avengers: Doomsday
In theaters everywhere December 18 https://t.co/Uaj1aUbhAU
With that said, you can expect that this preview will likely also be released online, either through official Marvel channels or from a fan reupload. It's unclear if this is a brand-new trailer or an extended clip from the film. So far, we've gotten two trailers for Avengers: Doomsday, which have shown off the expansive cast of heroes battling Doctor Doom. We don't actually know a whole lot about the plot of the film, as Marvel has managed to keep things heavily under wraps. It's expected that Doom will cause an incursion event, which causes two different universes to collide in a catastrophic fashion.
The recent re-release of Avengers: Endgame also included new scenes, which tease some events for Doomsday. At the end of the re-release, Hulk is abducted by Doctor Doom and the TVA begin to witness the multiverse falling apart via incursions. The stakes are arguably the highest they have ever been in the Marvel universe, which should lead to a very dramatic adventure.
This new look should hopefully paint a better picture of what fans can expect when the film hits theaters. We are currently just two months away from the release of Avengers: Doomsday, which will also debut the same day as Dune Part 3. The two films are expected to duke it out at the box office, with Dune having the benefit of exclusive IMAX screens. There has been some speculation that Doomsday may get an IMAX release later, not unlike Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The film is expected to get an IMAX release in China, so there will be a version for Marvel to release in other territories if it so chooses.
Avengers: Doomsday is also expected to be the first of a two-part story, like Infinity War and Endgame. Avengers: Secret Wars is currently slated to release next December, though some fear it may be delayed, as production reportedly hasn't even properly begun. It's believed that Secret Wars will also make room for some other characters not featured in Doomsday, with some speculating that Star-Lord may make his grand return following recent comments from Chris Pratt. We'll just have to wait and see what happens, though.
Avengers: Doomsday will hit theaters on December 18.
