Next, she performed the triple-platinum single “Body,” from her album Good News, introducing Kylie Jenner. The song served as a lead-in to a major moment, as Jenner walked the runway in the $50 million Fantasy Bra to the sound of claps and cheers from both her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet and her mom Kris Jenner.
Before her performance, Megan stepped onto the pink carpet in a deep-V mauve gown and long platinum blonde hair. This look is no coincidence: The rapper revived her bold, confident alter ego Tina Snow on September 29 with a new single titled “Tina Tuesday Freestyle.” The two-minute freestyle taps into Tina Snow’s unapologetic voice, recorded over a sample of “Still Tippin’” by the legendary rapper Mike Jones, who shares Megan’s hometown of Houston. The new single kicks off the rollout for Megan Thee Stallion’s forthcoming album, Megan: Act III, which will round out the trilogy she started with Megan and Megan: Act II.
