BEIJING: Chinese supermodel Ming Xi has set social media abuzz following her recent return to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles.
The 2026 event marked her first appearance on the iconic runway in eight years, having last walked the show in 2018.
Taking to Instagram to celebrate her comeback, the 37-year-old posted a stunning snap in a gold corset paired with oversized angel wings, alongside two clips of her strutting down the catwalk.
Expressing her delight, Xi described the experience as feeling just like coming home.
"There are simply no words that can fully capture how overwhelmed and elated I feel right now. Thank you so much for having me at the show," she wrote.
Her post quickly went viral, pulling in more than 719,000 likes.
Among those cheering her on was her husband, Mario Ho—son of the late Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho—who dedicated two posts to his wife, calling her a "real life angel".
"Pride of the family. The angel is back with her massive wings," the 31-year-old posted.
Fellow "angel" Gigi Hadid was equally captivated, commenting: "The slow-mo shot in your gold wings nearly killed me. So stunning."
The couple, who share a seven-year-old son and four-year-old daughter, previously made headlines last month after hosting a lavish wedding reception for family and friends in Macau.
