A teenager who allegedly stabbed a high-profile business man at a house party has now appeared before the higher courts.
The teenager accused of killing Universal co-founder Greg Josephson, 58, in June last year has been indicted on one charge of murder before the Brisbane Supreme Court.

The Brisbane businessman was found dead inside his Clayfield home following a house party at the million-dollar mansion on June 26, 2025.
When police arrived to the home on the night, about 30 teenagers were present, including the 15-year-old boy alleged to have stabbed Mr Josephson to death.
It is understood the pair were known to each other.

The teenager called triple-0 and was arrested nearby the Clayfield mansion.
Now 16 years old, the boy was formally indicted in the Brisbane Supreme Court on Thursday morning; however, he did not appear in person and was instead represented by his legal team.
The matter was briefly heard and adjourned for review on November 26.
No plea was entered.
The boy was remanded in custody, awaiting his next court date.
