MTN Nigeria has launched ‘Y’ello Y’Fi’, an enterprise Wi-Fi and analytics solution designed to equip small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with tailored digital tools alongside internet connectivity in a single managed offering.

SMEs across Nigeria face increasing challenges in understanding customer behaviour and building meaningful engagement in an increasingly competitive marketplace. It enhances network management, security, and overall customer experience.

In addition, the platform provides real-time customer behaviour analytics, helping businesses better understand usage patterns and customer preferences. These practical insights enable SMEs to refine their marketing strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and build more meaningful relationships with their customers.
