Celta de Vigo secured an epic 2-1 victory over Celtic in Scotland, earning their first three points of the European campaign under Claudio Giráldez.
Second-half comeback
The hosts took the lead early in the second half through a goal from Baur. However, Celta's response was swift: academy graduate and defender Javi Rodríguez emerged as the night's hero, scoring a decisive brace in just five minutes.
Three precious points in Europe
Thanks to well-judged substitutions by the coaching staff and key saves from goalkeeper Radu, Celta held on to their lead. After this European triumph, Celta are now turning their attention to Sunday's clash with Betis.
