Upbeat about the party’s dominance in the upcoming local body polls, new Jana Sena Party (JSP) coordinator Akkivarapu Mohana Rao on Monday asserted that the party will register spectacular results in Parvatipuram and other parts of Parvatipuram-Manyam district. He stated that Deputy Chief Minister and JSP president Pawan Kalyan has significantly developed the district over the last couple of years by allocating substantial funds from Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Forest Departments.
Mr. Mohana Rao said that many young leaders were keen to contest in local body elections and their names will be submitted to the high command after verification of their antecedents and educational qualifications. JSP leaders had cordial relations with counterparts of the TDP and BJP, while hoping for a united victory in Parvatipuram, he added.
