Bradley Bolivar joins Centene as CIO

Centene Corporation is a healthcare enterprise committed to helping people live healthier lives. It provides access to affordable, quality-focused healthcare, innovative programs, and health solutions. Bolivar was most recently SVP and CIO for Fannie Mae, where he led enterprise technology strategy across application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and workplace technology. Previously, he was SVP of enterprise engineering and architecture at Warner Bros. Bolivar holds a BS from MIT and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Mars welcomes Varun Kakaria as CDIO

Mars, founded in 1911, is a global food production company specializing in confectionery, pet care, and food products. Kakaria joins Mars from Reckitt, where he served as CIO for North America, following his role as global head of commercial technology, where he led tech and digital roadmap initiatives across sales, revenue growth management, pharmacy, and medical functions. Earlier, he served as CIO – South Asia at Reckitt and had leadership positions at Philips Lighting, PepsiCo, and PwC.

BD welcomes Arthur Hu as CIDO

BD is a global medical technology company that develops and manufactures medical devices, diagnostic systems, laboratory equipment, and healthcare solutions. Hu joins BD from Lenovo Group, where he most recently served as SVP, global CIO, and chief technology and delivery officer for the solutions and services group. Prior to Lenovo, he advised organizations on technology, operations, strategy, and organizational transformation at McKinsey & Company. Hu earned a BS and MS from Stanford University.

Prabash Coswatte named CIO for Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s is a national chain of neighborhood grocery stores. Coswatte was most recently with Heritage Grocers Group, where he held several top positions including chief administrative officer, and most recently served as COO overseeing store operations and IT, among other areas. Prior to joining Heritage, Coswatte worked for Hispanic grocer Vallarta Supermarkets as CIO, and for 99 Cents Only Stores as VP of enterprise program management. 

Charter Next Generation appoints Mike Manke as CIO

Charter Next Generation (CNG) is a producer of specialty films and sustainable material science solutions in North America, advancing the future of flexible packaging and other critical applications across the food, consumer goods, healthcare, and industrial markets. Manke most recently served as CIO at PremiStar, where he developed and executed a multiyear tech strategy focused on unified enterprise platforms, stronger data capabilities, and advanced digital and AI initiatives. Previously, he was SVP of enterprise architecture, digital, and innovation at Stericycle. Manke holds a BS from Illinois State University.

Chetan Kandhari joins Mutual of Omaha as CIO

The Mutual of Omaha Companies offer a variety of insurance and financial products for individuals, businesses, and groups throughout the US. Kandhari held a variety of tech leadership roles at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., most recently as chief AI and digital transformation officer. Prior to joining Nationwide, Kandhari held technology and consulting roles at EY and Diamond Technology Partners. He holds a BS from Muskingum College, an MS from Miami University of Ohio, and an MBA from Ohio State University.

GXO names Balaji Rangaswamy as CIO

GXO Logistics provides logistics services worldwide. It provides warehousing and distribution, order fulfilment, e-commerce, reverse logistics, and other supply chain services. Rangaswamy joins GXO from Collins Aerospace, where he was VP of digital technology. In that role, he led tech strategy and execution across the full value chain, from sales and order entry through manufacturing, planning, and operations. Earlier, he served as CIO at Ricoh Americas Corporation and KLX Aerospace Solutions, and as VP, IT and data analytics at The Boeing Company. He earned a B.Eng. from the University of Mumbai.

Tropicana Brands Group welcomes Russ Johnson as global CIO

Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, Tropicana Brands Group brings together a global portfolio of juice brands including Tropicana, Naked, KeVita, Izze, Twister, Dole, Copella, and Punica. Johnson was most recently CIO for Old World Industries, and held prior positions as CIO for Great Lakes Coca-Cola distribution for Reyes Holdings, IT executive/group director for The Coca-Cola Company, and IT business solutions director for HNI Corporation. He holds an MS from Greenville University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Narayanan Sundaresan joins Conduent as CITO

Conduent delivers digital business solutions and services spanning the commercial, government, and transportation spectrum by leveraging cloud computing, AI, ML, automation, and advanced analytics to deliver solutions. Sundaresan was most recently global CIO and SVP, digital products and technology at Strategic Education, where he led enterprise-wide AI work redesign and hyper-automation initiatives, technology harmonization across business units, and the development of global technology capabilities. He also held tech leadership positions at Capella Education Company, where he led digital initiatives, enterprise platforms, and global technology delivery. He holds an MS from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Oura appoints Sanjay Chandra as CIO

Oura is a health technology company founded in 2013 that develops smart health wearables focused on sleep, fitness, stress, and overall health. Chandra most recently served as VP and global head of IT at Lucid Motors, where he oversaw go-to-market technologies, enterprise systems, factory systems technologies, global infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity. Previously, he was CIO and head of cloud operations at TiVo, where he was responsible for customer success, cloud operations, infrastructure, e-commerce, and corporate IT. Earlier, he held tech leadership roles at Workday and PayPal.

Tracy Koenig named CIO for Anderson Trucking Services

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is a transportation and logistics company providing truckload, LTL, freight brokerage, and international shipping services. Koenig most recently was self-employed as a strategic advisor, and prior to that was CIO of Dakota Supply Group, a wholesale distributor of electrical, plumbing and other utility products. He holds a BA from the University of Jamestown.

Altera names Nishit Sahay CIO

Altera provides programmable compute and connectivity solutions that enable the rapid adoption and continued advancement of transformative technologies across a wide range of advanced and AI-enabled systems. Sahay joins Altera from Marvell Technology, where he served as SVP and CIO. In that role, he led Marvell’s corporate IT organization as well as its data office and enterprise AI initiatives. He held prior positions at Maxim Integrated. Sahay holds a BE from Nagpur University, an MS from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS from The Wharton School.

Garrett Boss joins Laserfiche as CIO

Headquartered in Long Beach, California, Laserfiche is a SaaS provider of intelligent content management and business process automation. It provides enterprise-scale, AI-driven content management solutions to more than 10 million users globally. Prior to joining, Boss was EVP, enterprise and data platforms at FOX Corporation, where he integrated agentic workflows across FOX’s application portfolio. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles at 20th Century Fox International Corporation. Boss has a BS from UC Berkeley.
