Wrestling fanatic/Buffalo ad-lib king Westside Gunn is back with a new album called, naturally, Heelmatic. It arrives with a video of lead single “Zilla,” which was shot on location in Egypt. The clip technically premiered on Instagram back in August, but we’re showcasing it here since it just hit YouTube. Behold as Gunn rides a camel in Cairo then in front of the Great Pyramid while he raps about Oakleys, Glocks, and “choppin' bricks karate type.”
“ALBUM OTW AND ITS ALL GRIMEY, DUSTY, SOULFUL, JAZZ INSPIRED mixed with FLYEST SHIT U EVER HEARD IN YA LIFE,” he wrote in a post teasing the album this summer. Heelmatic is out November 13 on Griselda Records/Mass Appeal.
Westside Gunn will be heading overseas shortly after the album’s release, for his Heel the World Tour 2: “Still Healing” trek. Those dates, across the UK and Europe, can be found below, along with the Heelmatic tracklist and album artwork. Gunn’s last full-length releases were a trio of 2025 mixtapes: 12, Heels Have Eyes 2, and Heels Have Eyes 3.
