The cybersecurity company will expand its local team following a $319.8m (US$250m) funding round.
Cybersecurity company Horizon3 will establish its ASEAN headquarters and a Regional Center of Excellence in Singapore as it expands across Southeast Asia.
The company will increase its local headcount and scale its sales, customer-support and partner operations. It did not disclose the planned number of hires, the value of its Singapore investment or when the new center would open.
The expansion is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board and EDBI, which operates under SG Growth Capital.
It follows Horizon3’s US$250m Series E funding round in August 2026. EDBI participated in the round, which valued the company at more than $2.6b (US$2b).
Singapore will serve as Horizon3’s base for Southeast Asian markets including Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The company said the regional headquarters would also support its expansion across Australia and Japan.
Horizon3 develops NodeZero, an artificial intelligence-based cybersecurity platform that autonomously tests whether vulnerabilities can be exploited.
According to the company, the platform identifies attack paths, provides remediation guidance and retests completed fixes to help organizations verify whether security risks have been addressed.
CEO and co-founder Snehal Antani said the growth of AI-enabled cyberattacks was increasing the need for companies to move from periodic security assessments to continuous validation.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
