A Kano magistrate’s court has remanded a youth, Aliyu Nasir, for allegedly stabbing one Magaji Dalladi to death and causing grievous bodily harm to Aminu Nura.
Nasir was arraigned before Magistrate Abdulaziz Mahmud of Magistrates’ Court No. 15, Nomansland, Kano, on charges of causing grievous bodily harm and murder.
The prosecution counsel, Auwal Sani Dandago, presented the defendant before the court, which ordered his remand in a correctional facility until November 12, 2026, pending government advice.
Nasir was accused of stabbing Magaji Dalladi and Aminu Nura, resulting in Dalladi’s death, while Nura is reportedly receiving treatment.

The incident reportedly occurred along Sokoto Road in Kano after the deceased allegedly failed to give the defendant enough space while they were driving.
